In this workshop we will look into the cycles and movements of nature and cosmos and how we resonate with them!
Yoga offers the practice we need to access a greater sense of well-being, peace and harmony.
A fundamental yogic view is: All is one.
You are natur, nature is you - you are a micro version of the macro-cosmos. A deeper understanding of our belonging to something greater and how we are linked to, influenced and supported by the rhythm of nature and cosmos as well as knowing how to live in greater alignment with it will not only enhance our yoga practice, but also empower our lives and sense of ease and purpose.
In this workshop we will look into the cycles and movements of nature and cosmos and how we resonate with them. We will discuss lifestyle routines, the power of intention and dip into the body’s energy channels and centers, which also have planetary, zodiac, and elemental associations.
You will also be led through some gentle movements, a breathing exercise and meditation. All as guidance on your life’s journey and to align with your highest purpose and potential. You could also call it a way of Planning For Magic.
