Charlotte Fredriksson has been working as a nutritionist and yoga teacher for several years and is in the middle of her continuing education towards 500hRYT at Yogayama’s Advanced Training. Her classes are dynamic with elements of strong flows, strength, stillness, contemplation, and intensity for all levels. Charlotte focuses a lot on letting go, grounding, having fun, and balancing the energy in the body. As a health lecturer and dietician, Charlotte inspires sustainable health with a lot of focus on food and gut flora but also exercise, stress, sleep, and recovery.
