Yoga came into Lisa’s life 20 years ago, after a very difficult period raising small children and working hard, long, hours. Yoga then became her way to heal the body and unwind. Lisa has a 500h base, according to the Yoga Alliance criteria and continues her education all the time. She teaches soft and slow Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga, Pranayama, Yin, Mediyoga and Yoga Nidra. The Yogic philosophy is always present in one way or another in all my classes. “I think most people leave my classes with an inner peace both in their body and soul. They feel a little softer and have a more open heart. It’s all about finding love for oneself and for everyone around us. There is so much to explore on the inside and what it means to be human. I give them time to find their way into the positions, without stress. Exploration and curiosity are two important components of yoga and the contemplative process always has space on the yoga mat. Yoga is a holistic science with endless technics for inner exploration. You absorb what you want; there are no musts in Yoga. I love people, the personal interaction and being able to teach everything I myself learned from my teachers and through my own practice. I hope and believe that those who come will feel it.
