My Yoga journey:
I came into contact with yoga quite spontaneously during my time in Australia. Without having any idea about meditation, I booked myself the day before the start of the 10-day silent meditation retreat out of curiosity. After undergoing a silent 10-day Vipassana meditation course outside Sidney, out in the Blue Mountains, everything that followed changed. Everything was observed with greater clarity, a new perspective and with greater awareness. Over the years, there were more Vipassana courses, both outside and in Sweden. The stillness created stability where meditation came over time to become a gateway to more physical yoga. I realized over the years that I needed to share my inspiration, I, therefore, travelled to India for a yoga teacher training in Rishikesh. With an internationally valid certificate, I returned home to continue yoga, to continue the journey.
What Yoga means to me:
Yoga is for me a timeless journey through the moment. Patiently, it guides me regardless of the precondition back home, back to the core of my being, through which I gain and grow.
My classes guide to create the quality we want with us outside. The classes are intuitive expressions that invite to greater energy exchange, to complete relaxation in challenging moments and to face what is revealed with joy and playfulness.
