Nicole was born in Australia and has more than 25 years experience in the practice and teaching of Kundalini Yoga. This yoga is an integral part of her life and was the grounding gift to compliment her career as a Principal Ballerina both in Australia and worldwide. Today Nicole incorporates her extensive knowledge of the body, music and movement to create each class with a purpose and flow. Her goal is to connect the mind and body using Kundalini Yoga to heal, cleanse and energize. She loves the incredible shifts each Kundalini Kriya can bring to one and all. Nicole shares the space together with the class, with a humble presence and welcomes all to experience the transformative effect of Kundalini Yoga for the body and mind.
