Yohanna is a former London fashion executive turned Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach. She has recently returned from Tulum, Mexico after a few years of teaching and studying with spiritual teachers and holistic health practitioners. After overcoming burnout and eating-disorder, she is now empowering busy professionals worldwide, to find inner balance through yoga, private coaching, retreats and workshops.
Yohanna is a certified 200H Vinyasa and 300H Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. Her yoga classes integrate the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of yoga. Yohanna teaches a vinyasa-based asana practice, hands-on adjustments, breath awareness, meditation and deep relaxation. Modifications will be offered to suit all levels.
