
Chungmei found yoga during her time as a researcher at Harvard in 2001. Since then she has taken delight in the exploration of yoga, from physical asana practices to more subtle pranayama and meditation practices. She shares her gratitude for its gifts through teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats.
When not in a yoga studio, she spends her time hiking in nature, painting, and furthering her studies at Stockholm University. She believes in the power of kindness, puppy kisses, and gratitude and loves sharing the potential of yoga to empower new perspectives and possibilities to life.
