Saul believes everyone can and should practice yoga regardless of fitness and flexibility levels.

He started yoga in 2019 and since then has practiced in 15 countries with over 50 teachers. His own practise consists of Dharma, Rocket, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, and has completed 350 hours in teacher trainings. His philosophy to yoga is that it should be fun and enjoyable.

A modern-day yogi, who knows the struggles of everyday people. His alignment and functional based cues will bring an awareness to your body making previously unobtainable poses a reality. Saul works on breath, mobility, flexibility, and strength in all his sequencing giving you a well-rounded practice.

Saul teaches Rocket Vinyasa (open level) & Broga (mens only / open level), and classes are fun, modern, dynamic and sweaty.
