Welcome to take a step further with your practise.
This 2 part workshop with Maria Salomaa in november will put the light on the traditional practise of ashtanga yoga. You can join both classes or just one of them. The aim is to give you a practical experience of the benefits ashtanga has on the body and mind.
This morning the focus will be on deepening the understanding of the practise. By moving through the primary series and taking a closer look at the philosophy. For this class some prior knowledge of the ashtanga lineage is useful, since the method asks you to move forward step by step.
