Pranayama & Meditation

The deeper practices of classical Yoga is often the ones within the more subtle.
These techniques as Pranayama (yogic breathwork) and Meditation both have
an effect and creates shifts & transformation in the subtle – like our Mind, Feelings and Energy body.
We will use different classical techniques of yogic breath and the Meditation will
mainly be Mantra based.
This class will have different characters.
Some days we might start with Meditation and some with Pranayama.
Some classes the breath will be with a calming  aspect and some days we might
focus on getting energized or even more cleansing.
The Meditation will be around 20-25 minutes.
