B R E A T H W O R K

is an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear your mind and body of stuck energy. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a pathway for an emotional detox.

On one hand it activates you, on the other it allows you to relax and release tension while liberating limiting beliefs. It can connect you to your innate wisdom while helping you to open your heart to honest self-love, self-healing, and self-acceptance.

If yoga had seasons Restorative yoga would be winter, the time for hibernation and pulling back into comfort and slowness.

Restorative yoga is a gentle practice that through time and patience supports stillness and space. This form of active resting will teach you to surrender yourself to the more subtle layers of the body/mind. From this cocoon of deliberate rest we are better able to unplug from everyday life so we can connect to ourselves and to our inner landscape of energy; it is here that our awareness and creativity awakens.

With support from bolsters, blankets and blocks the body will release tension, anxiety and the busyness of the mind.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

This class can be cancelled with a full refund up to 1 week before, by March 6. No refund can be given less than 7 days before the workshop starts.


NOTES: 

This breathwork is a technique where you will be breathing in and out of your mouth for 30-40 minutes. 

Please refrain from any mind-altering substances within at least 24 hours of your appointment or workshop. Clients will be turned away from a session or workshop if under the influence of a substance, and no refund will be given.
