Beginners Course Intensive

A course for those wanting to dive into yoga with a quick start and/or those who would like to refine the foundations of your yoga practice.

Suitable for those of you who are new to yoga or for those of you just wanting a repetition of the basic techniques of yoga. Modifications will be given to suit different levels. We will go through the most basic positions of yoga and different breathing techniques. You will also learn about the history and philosophy of yoga.
