Erica is a mother of three, a devoted space holder, and a guide deeply rooted in Earth-based wisdom. She lives in Finland outside Helsinki. She is a certified herbalist, holistic health coach, yoga teacher, and shamanic healing practitioner, as well as a postpartum doula.
Drawing inspiration from the rhythms of nature and the cycles of the cosmos, Erica offers intuitive guidance to help women reconnect with their inner wisdom and sense of purpose. With over a decade of experience, she holds nurturing ceremonial spaces for women in all stages of life, supporting them through gentle rituals, earth-based medicine, and deep, mindful listening.
Erica’s work is grounded in compassion, presence, and connection. She is dedicated to supporting women not only through the sacred transition of motherhood, but throughout every phase of womanhood, helping each woman return home to herself.
