Yoga for Men

A yoga course specialized for men!

In this course we will go through how we can modify yoga poses for a tight male body. 

This course is for all men wanting to dive into yoga with a quick start and/or those who would like to refine the foundations of their yoga practice.

The course is suitable for those who are new to yoga or for those wanting a repetition of the basic techniques of yoga. 

We will go through most of the yoga positions and modifications will be given to suit different levels and the often tighter male body. 

We will learn different breathing techniques, practice relaxation and meditation. You will also learn about the history and philosophy of yoga.

Join this course if you want a more supple body, optimize your breathing and find more focus. With a consistent yoga practice you will also optimize your other training and every day life.
