Strengthen your body and calm your mind during pregnancy!
Pregnancy yoga is a fantastic tool to help you accept the great changes that take place in both body and soul during these nine months. The classes are dynamic and alternate with prenatal breathing and relaxation. We also practise breathing techniques for labour work.
We start with centering and breathing exercises. We then move onto warming up, standing, and sitting positions. The classes end with pelvic floor training, breath practice, meditation, and last but not least - rest. In the final classes of the course, we focus on preparation for birthing and pre-birth massage techniques.
Suitable for the second or third trimester of your pregnancy.
