This immersion is an invitation into the lived experience of the Ten Bodies of Consciousness—a subtle anatomy of the self as taught in the Kundalini Yoga tradition. These ten layers, or bodies, exist beyond the physical and mental to describe the full spectrum of human presence: intuitive, energetic, radiant, and soul-connected.
Over the course of the weekend, we will explore each body as a gateway—into inner clarity, vitality, resilience, and spiritual coherence. The work will weave together kriya, meditation, sound, group study, and somatic integration, allowing each participant to come into direct relationship with their own subtle architecture.
Rooted in a feminine and embodied approach, this immersion is open to all genders. It offers a grounded, integrative space to awaken wholeness—not through performance, but through presence.
Schedule Overview:
Friday Evening, October 3rd, 17:00-19:00
Opening Circle + Practice – Soul Body
We begin by entering the space of the soul—(re)connecting with the inner essence that moves through all layers of being.
Saturday Morning, October 4th, 10:00-12:00
Embodied Practice – Mind Bodies + Physical Body
Through kriya and meditation, we explore the tri-fold mind (Negative, Positive, Neutral) and the Physical Body as tools of perception, balance, and conscious action.
Saturday Afternoon, October 4th, 14:00-16:00
Living Study – Arc Line, Auric, and Pranic Bodies
In a slower, integrative pace, we examine these subtle layers of protection, projection, and vitality—how they shape boundaries, intuition, and energy currents.
Saturday Evening, October 4th, 17:00-19:00
Sound Bath – The Subtle Body
A restorative evening session dedicated to the Subtle Body, inviting stillness and spaciousness through vibrational healing.
Sunday Morning, October 5th, 10:00-12:00
Extended Practice – The Radiant Body + Closing Brunch
Our final session focuses on the Radiant Body—our frequency, presence, and light. We’ll complete the journey with a closing circle and shared meal.
About the Immersion
Facilitated by Birjiwan, this Immersion offers an opportunity to explore these profound teachings in a clear, embodied, and accessible way. It is a space for those ready to listen more deeply, move more consciously, and remember the fullness of who they are.
The invitation is open to every-body—regardless of prior experience. Whether you are new to Kundalini Yoga or have an established practice, our intention is to offer a powerful and nuanced framework for deepening your connection to self and consciousness.
We will approach this work with the humility of beginners, returning again and again to the same diamond—each time discovering a new facet, a new layer of light, a new reflection. The invitation is simply to come as you are, and let the practice reveal what is ready to be seen.
