Offering optional hands-on assists and adjustments with intention to enhance your alignment. There are inversions and arm balances taught throughout, but they are totally optional. Consistency of the slow, steady breath is always more important than any posture, complex or not. For adventurous beginners as well as frequent practitioners, we all sync together.
