In this workshop we will explore both Ayurveda habits and the practice of Yoga Nidra to enhance warmth, lightness, dynamism, and a stable routine. When prioritized, these practices will help you maintain a healthy and balanced body and mind.
Winter is winding down, daylight is lasting longer, and the heavy, wet qualities of spring are becoming predominant. Behold! Kapha Season has arrived!
Did you know that ill health often starts at the junction between seasons? The accumulation of earth and water elements during early spring can cause you to feel heavy and congested.
With the great knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga Nidra we can rise our energy and health! Welcome to your Spring Wellness Guide!
In these two days divided into 3 sessions a 2,5 hours you can expect to learn:
Herbs and spices as medicine
Sense Organ Care
Marma point massage for better sleep
The theory and practice of Yoga Nidra
Essential Oils for warmth and energy
Every session will contain a lecture followed by a asana practice and a 30 minute Yoga Nidra session.
FRIDAY:
Ayurveda Comes Alive: The Foundations
An introduction to Ayurveda through the Five Elements, Three Doshas, and an overview of comprehensive self-care from an Ayurveda perspective.

SATURDAY (morning):
Your Spring Season Wellness Guide
In this session we cover Ayurveda habits and rituals to guide you through the spring season. From sense-organ care to herbal tea recipes, you will learn to build a proper daily, self-care routine.

SATURDAY (afternoon):
True Awakening: Where Ayurveda meets Yoga Nidra
We do a deeper dive into the technology and the mystery of Yoga Nidra meditation; its relationship with Ayurveda and the vital role it plays in your overall mental and physical wellbeing.
Asana focus: Forward Bends, pranayama

Snack and lunch
On the Friday we will have light snacks and te included in the price.
On the Saturday we will walk to have lunch, if you wish to join this will be an additional cost and we will email the group 1 week before to check interest.
BIO MARC HOLTZMAN
Marc is a certified Ayurveda practitioner and advanced Amrit Yoga Nidra teacher with over 20 years’ experience teaching Hatha Yoga and Meditation. He currently lives in both Paris and the greater New York area.
For greater access to the workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats he teaches across the globe. He can also be found across the ethers via his many classes streamed on Livekick.com and Yogaglo.com. His signature Ayurveda health coaching program, Ayurveda Micro Habits, has been accelerating the wellness path of students since 2012.
