Jennie is a mother of three girls and lives outside Stockholm. She loves to spend time with her family in nature and by the sea, her greatest sources for inspiration. Jennie ran <a href="https://altromondoyoga.com/">Altromondo yoga</a> studio in Alassio, Italy for seven years before bringing the concept to Sweden in 2014. The word “altromondo” means “another world” in Italian and symbolizes that the meeting with yoga can help us open to our inner worlds.



Jennie is a highly appreciated yoga teacher with over twenty years of teaching experience. Her teaching has a mix of humor and depth and in every class she works with a new theme. She teaches anusarayoga, pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, yoga for fertility, yinyoga, restorative yoga, mediyoga and meditation. Jennie also works with Healing Yoga -&nbsp; a therapeutic form of yoga (based on her book Healing yoga) focusing on the healing process from different types of trauma, both mental and physical.

Alice Wikström received her Mindfulness and Compassion education from The University of California, Berkeley's Greater Good Science Centre and the Awareness Training Institute. She is a certified Life Coach with advanced training in Mindfulness and Psychotherapy from Harvard Medical School. A Trauma Informed Somatic Alignment practitioner with further training in Emotional Freedom Techniques and mindful listening and communication from Barre Centre for Buddhist studies. She is a keynote speaker on the topics of Mindfulness, emotional understanding and mental clarity. Alice works with clients all over the world one-on-one and in group sessions and facilitates courses, workshops and retreats.

My first encounter with yoga decades ago awoke an immediate passion and a deep knowing that I had found my way to&nbsp;well-being in all aspects of life. That first pivotal step on to a yoga mat was the beginning of a long dedicated journey and continuous exploration of yoga. On my path I have been fortunate to practice and study a variety of yoga styles and philosophical traditions with many wise and inspiring masters and teachers here in Sweden and around the globe. I am forever grateful for the insight and guidance that I have been given and continue to receive, study and integrate in my practice, teachings, and lifestyle. The deeper I go, the more awe and reverenceI I feel for this ancient tradition and it’s timeless wisdom and transformative power.&nbsp;



Yoga helps me stay present and aware. Through the practice I have become strong and flexible in body and mind. It has also taught me to listen inward and trust my inner knowing. But above all, yoga opens the heart. And an open heart wants to give. My experience and the benefits from yoga is simply too good to keep to myself. It is a pure joy to share my knowledge and be of service for others in discovering yoga and their true selves.&nbsp;



I am a full time certified 500+ teacher with extensive training in hatha, ashtanga, rocket vinyasa, yin yoga, mindfulness and more.&nbsp;My job as a teacher is not to point out how something should look or be exactly, but to guide students in exploration, awareness and to gain trust in their own inner teacher. Yoga is not about conforming to a certain shape or ideal, we have enough of that already. It is to bring forth each individual’s unique essence and creativity. My intent is first and foremost to inspire this process. That could be through self observation in a more or less challenging posture sequence, by breathwork, reflection or meditation. All this can be an intense experience in many ways, but it is never about accomplishment.&nbsp;



There are many ways to reach a state of yoga and as each individual is unique with unique abilities, needs and life situations, so I strongly feel that the practice works best in humbly adapting to these circumstances – not the opposite. My classes are known to be intuitive, playful, and dynamic, but not demanding. Allow and trust are key aspects, as is exploring different entries and variations. I love to weave in philosophy, sometimes a poem or a story from the mythology mixed with the flow of postures and exercises.&nbsp;



It is a gift we have been given, this wonderful system for transformation and its methods to help eliminate blockages, patterns and beliefs and come back to our natural state of balance and harmony. To feel true peace and freedom to be who we so perfectly are already.&nbsp;

Anna is a RYT 200 certified yoga teacher in various styles including classical hatha yoga, pranayama, prenatal &amp; postnatal yoga, and yoga for cancer survivors. 



She has training in pregnancy yoga with Jennie Liljefors and Ulrica Norberg. She is very inspired by the work of Claudia Spahr, the founder of HolyMama community that empowers mothers, provides mothers to connect with themselves, with each other, their children, and Mother Nature. Anna holds a Holymama Leader Certification. The healing power of yoga and holistic health care are close to Anna´s heart and she has training in Healing Yoga with Jennie Liljefors and is certified yoga for cancer (y4c) -instructor.



Anna´s own yoga journey began with her first pregnancy 2003, and ever since she has integrated yoga into her life. Yoga has given her the tools she has needed to navigate her way through her busy life.

Cecilia Wikner has been practicing yoga regularly for more than 20 years. She has practiced many types of yoga but Ashtanga yoga is the method that she mainly teaches.



Cecilia started teaching yoga in 2003 and has since then been teaching both in Sweden and abroad. She had her own studio in Saltsjö-Duvnäs for &nbsp;nine years. Cecilia has found her personal way of teaching yoga, she tries to see everyone and works based on each student´s conditions.



Over the years Cecilia has regularly been training for international renowned teachers. She has a 200 hours teacher training with R. Alexander Medin, several teacher trainings with Ron Reid and Marla Meenakshi and she has been in Mysore, India at Sri K Patthabi Jois and R. Sharath Rangaswami.

Charlotte Fredriksson has been working as a nutritionist and yoga teacher for several years and is in the middle of her continuing education towards 500hRYT at Yogayama’s Advanced Training. 



Her classes are dynamic with elements of strong flows, strength, stillness, contemplation, and intensity for all levels. Charlotte focuses a lot on letting go, grounding, having fun, and balancing the energy in the body. As a health lecturer and dietician, Charlotte inspires sustainable health with a lot of focus on food and gut flora but also exercise, stress, sleep, and recovery.

I was born in Finland but living in Sweden since 2008. I am a mother of three beautiful children and our family lives outside Stockholm. I used to work with marketing and controlling in the fashion industry with a Master in Science (Econ.) from Swedish School of Economics. Life wanted something else for me and after twelve years in the corporate world I decided to dedicate my life to holistic health and wellbeing. 



This lead to a 500+ hour Yoga Alliance certification, Holistic Health coach certification from IIN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition) and working full time with Altromondo Yoga.&nbsp;&nbsp;After years of life coaching studies and practice I want to help others grow and thrive.&nbsp;It’s not about me being your compass in this process, it’s about me helping you build your own compass, for you to find your own norther star that will lead your life to bliss and you to become the best possible version of yourself!

Her passions are energy, embodiment and empowerment. She integrates these concepts into her classes for you to find balance and bloom into the best version of you.



Physically her classes suit everyone and contain both slow vinyasa, simpler longer held poses, healthy functional or somatic movements and Restorative Yoga. Jeanette usually works with a theme for her classes. The focus is always the breath as well as awareness and presence. Don´t be surprised if her classes also contain hand gestures (mudras) and a treat for the sense of smell with organic essential oils.



To Jeanette, yoga is a tool to gain knowledge about yourself and evolve in all layers of who you are. She believes yoga is a way to find unity both within and without. Her classes offer a mix of strong flows and calm sequences with time for reflection and recovery. Karin wants to share happiness and energy while at the same time allowing you to meet your true self. Through her teachings Karin seeks to provide tools that will allow others to be their best selves enabling them to live happy and fulfilling lives.



Karin has a 200h teacher training and has also completed Ulrica Norberg’s 200h Yoga For Life training.

”Already as a teenager, Madeleine began to have an interest in philosophy of life, self-development, took courses in meditation and Qi Gong. At the same time, she started skateboarding in the mid-90s and was one of the first female skateboarders in Sweden. Over the years, she has competed, coached others and been a great inspiration for other girls. She balances life with her passions for yoga, skateboarding and surfing.



Yoga came into Madeleine’s life in 2009, after she had experienced a major trauma that would change her life. Yoga became a significant tool and resource for finding the way back (from PTSD diagnosis) to Life and finding inner harmony. Her experience of the healing effect and self-development that yoga gave, led her to want to teach and guide others.



Over the years she has done several educations Hatha TT 200h, 100h Pranayama, Alignement / Assistance, Philosophy (The Yoga Alliance), 15h Science of Breathing, has been a mentor in yoga teacher educations, attended courses / workshops. Over the years, she has worked as an appreciated yoga teacher at various studios, workshops, retreats and surf camps.

Magdalena has her base in the physical dynamic yoga traditions, and started her yoga practice just over 15 years ago with various forms of hot yoga and vinyasa. She has 200h Hatha education according to The Yoga Allience criteria and has since then attended several extension courses to soon reach the next level (500 h) with, among others, Yin yoga, Ashtanga, alignment, sequencing and assistance. Over the years she has taught above all Hatha- and Yin yoga (She often arranges differently retreats and work-shops). 



Her classes often contain both strong challenging flows and calm soft sequences were Pranayama (breathing) always is included as a very central part. Maja is, among other things, a physical therapist and a medical Yoga therapist. She has extensive experience in teaching and treatment within the concept of "mind-body" with a focus on stress-related conditions and mental health. Maja's background in the medical fields and her interest in people from a holistic approach have contributed to yoga becoming a natural part of her work with clients. Yoga has been a part of her life for the past 25 years. 



Maja teaches Medical Yoga, Yin yoga, pregnancy yoga, mother-baby yoga and Mindfulness. In her classes, Maja helps the student land in themself, find inner peace and stability and gain access to more power and energy. She also offers one-to-one sessions. Maja is, among other things, a physical therapist and a medical Yoga therapist. She has extensive experience in teaching and treatment within the concept of mind-body with a focus on stress-related conditions.

Marianne has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She has been teaching since 2008, of which several years in South Africa. Today Marianne teaches at yoga studios, companies, and resorts. She also has one on one yoga, master classes, and workshops. With a solid teacher training (RYT 500/200), she continuously pursues further education in yoga, teaching, ayurveda, and nutrition.



Marianne gets inspiration above all from her students, her family and life. She has enjoyed studying with many teachers, of which Jin Harrington, Hilton Jaggard, and Lauren Porter have all been particularly dear to heart. Marianne’s journey started with practicing Tai Chi, while living in Hong Kong. Via Qigong, Ayurveda and meditation she found yoga to be a an important tool to find more balance in life. She took her first yoga class, when pregnant with her first child, and immediately felt a wholeness in the breath work, the movements and the meditation.



 To start with Marianne’s teaching was within Ashtanga, but it has since then developed into different yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Yoga for Athletes, Pre Natal, Post Natal and meditation. She also teaches restorative yoga with various purposes such as eating disorders and PTSD. Marianne is still involved in volunteer work in South Africa, teaching yoga.

After many years of sincere ashtanga practise she also started to explore the hatha tradition in a wider perspective. The study lead to teacher trainings in order to deepen her understanding of it. She is tremendously curious of the asana practise and its benefits, as well as the more subtle practises of philosophy, meditation and pranayama.

Milena is Internationally Certified Kundaliniyogateacher level 1, by Yogi Bhajan and have excercised it since 2012. Already as a 7 year old she laid the foundation for discipline with Martial Arts. Today she has a black belt in karate, 1 Dan and also teacher for the children.



She is Certified Kundadanceteacher by Maya Finnes. Kundadance is a mix of Kundaliniyoga, Thai Chi and Qi Gong. It is a high intens, fun, uplifting, cardio, dance workout that in 60 minutes takes you through your chakras. She is also a SOMA MOVE-teacher.



With Kundalini yoga, Milena has &nbsp;been able to face all the imbalances in the body after her life traumas. Today it complements her lifestyle. She thinks it is so simple and adaptable that everyone can perform it, regardless of age and fitness and it has tools for everything you need for your well-being. For her, it is an honor to share it with you.

Nathalie received a scholarship to enable her 200 hour teacher training at the East London School of Yoga. She studied under teacher Stewart Gilchrist who is recognized for having dynamic, challenging and strong classes that are grounded in traditional yoga techniques and philosophy as well as innovative in their form.



She is interested in challenging both body and mind and has a strong belief in constantly developing the full potential of the self and getting anchored with the inner voice - and to use, be guided, by the inner voice. She is inspired by Eastern philosophy, morals and ethics and would like to incorporate and share this knowledge in her classes.



Yogasana is a mixture of ashtanga, vinyasa with a focus on breathing, movement and flexibility to create dynamic and challenging classes.

Nicole was born in Australia and has more than 25 years experience in the practice and teaching of Kundalini Yoga. This yoga is an integral part of her life and was the grounding gift to compliment her career as a Principal Ballerina both in Australia and worldwide. 



Today Nicole incorporates her extensive knowledge of the body, music and movement to create each class with a purpose and flow. Her goal is to connect the mind and body using Kundalini Yoga to heal, cleanse and energize. She loves the incredible shifts each Kundalini Kriya can bring to one and all. Nicole shares the space together with the class, with a humble presence and welcomes all to experience the transformative effect of Kundalini Yoga for the body and mind.

Today after completing his Masters in social work and his DO in osteopathy he builds his classes from the knowledge of Anatomi, Physiology and the concept of finding balance and integration of the asanas into a somatic experience. He is a teacher of yin, restorative, hatha, anusara, and Kundalini Yoga. He also holds his private practice in Osteopati, Craniosacral and Breathwork.

Sandra is a 200 RYT according to The Yoga Alliance criteria. Besides this she has nearly 200 hrs advanced training including pranayama, mediation, Indian philosophy, sequencing and assisting. In addition, 100 hrs yin yoga training in proportion to Paul Grilley´s theory and practice with a deeper understanding about the five elements in Chinese medicine. During a period of 1,5 years she assisted senior pranayama teacher Sara Granström.



Sandra´s own yogapractice started in the Ashtanga Vinyasa System, but rather quickly the practice change and became more of a traditional and classical Hatha yoga with focus on pranayama, mantras &amp; meditation. Her classes are often built up from a softer approach into more challenging movements and postures. The tempo is gentler and the transaction between postures are in a flow. Awareness about breath is central throughout the class – no matter which of her classes you attend to.

Inspired by nature and dance, Sara creates a space for you to explore your body and your breath. Her classes are often built from a softer and more flowing approach. Sara did her first yoga training for 8 years ago, 300H Vinyasa and yin yoga. Years later she also did a 200H Hatha yoga and 50H restorative yoga. Besides this she has over 200H breath coach training. 



Since Sara’s interest in breathing, the awareness of the breath is central through the class. Sara’s own yoga practice started with vinyasa. She is an old dancer who discovered the movement in yoga. She discovered how it helped her too slow down and found a deeper connection with her self and still the mind.

Shirin teaches Vinyasa and Strong Flow and is a ISHTA yoga 200 hrs graduate. Her teachers are Ulrica Norberg, Sarah and Alan Finger.



Shirin has recently moved back to Stockholm, after five years in Mallorca, where she used to teach both in groups, but also for private clients as well as training trips. Her background comes from the fitness industry, as an aerobic instructor, personal trainer and running coach. She has also played tennis since she was a little girl.



Yoga was the thing that came last among all her many skills in training. It was yoga, that glued everything together and also where she depened her understanding for the body as a whole. &nbsp;She also works as a personal trainer and a journalist. Shirin recently started a podcast called #tränamedshirin which can be found everywhere that you can find podcasts.



She is focused in teaching you to be more mindful with your body, a way to get to know yourself better. To build strength from the inside and out and combining it all with the breath. Shirin also lets humor take place in the class. She compares her classes with a feel good film.



The warm up, the peak, as well as the cooling down. Translated into the introduction of the characters, and the most exciting part with love, betrayel, humor, relationships and challenges, where everything eventually ends happy. You will leave the class feeling happy, relieved and relaxed.

Sophia Göth is a celebrated Yoga teacher, lecturer, bodyworker and healer who leads classes, workshops and retreats internationally. 

Sophia Göth

She found meditation and yoga in her early teens when she was living and studying in the US. Her journey started with Zenbuddist studies, followed by two decades of exploring and deeply studying various styles of classical and modern aspects on yoga and meditation in Asia, India and the US.



With a mind intrigued how things function and affect energy, she has spend many years studying physiology, anatomy, philosophy, psychology and bioenergy work. Now settled in the ISHTA yoga lineage she is one of their yogamasters and lead trainers in their teacher training programs as well as a master teacher in various specialty trainings. She has brought YinYoga into ISHTA and has together with Alan Finger created the ISHTA yinyoga specialty program.



This Sweden native, holds a Masters degree from Stockholm University in Journalism and film, is a trained journalist and dramatist and shares her teaching with work as a creative consultant, teaching creativity and innovation workshops. She has written more than a dozen books on health, yoga and meditation and is currently writing a book on the Breath as well as working on a documentary project.



Ulrica has played an important role in yogas growth in Europe from the 90´s and on and she has trained over 600 yoga teachers around the world.



Ulrica has a strong faiblesse for travelling and sincere fascination for culture and diversity which had her living abroad for many years before she settled back in Stockholm, which is her base and from where she travels to teach workshops, retreats and trainings all over the world.



Her vast experience from life, knowledge and from having gone against and along the grid, shines through in her accepting teaching style and many feels at home in her classes. She is known for her deep knowledge, self-distance, inspirational spotting, pedagogic teaching and warm approach.
