Self practice- ashtanga yoga

This class is different in is structure to the ones where the teacher is guiding the sequence verbally. The room is practically taken quiet. 

We ’ll do the mantra together and the participants can get individual advice and adjustments. Time to begin the practice is between 7.45 and 8.15. We will do the invocation together. You should finish off at 9.45 or before, when you’ re ready and rested. This is in order for you to fit in the routine in your morning. 

We kindly ask you to respect your fellow practitioners as you enter, practice and leave the room. 

This is in order to give everybody the chance to start the day in a dynamic yet calm way.
