Inspired by nature and dance, Sara creates a space for you to explore your body and your breath. Her classes are often built from a softer and more flowing approach. Sara did her first yoga training for 8 years ago, 300H Vinyasa and yin yoga. Years later she also did a 200H Hatha yoga and 50H restorative yoga. Besides this she has over 200H breath coach training.
Since Sara’s interest in breathing, the awareness of the breath is central through the class. Sara’s own yoga practice started with vinyasa. She is an old dancer who discovered the movement in yoga. She discovered how it helped her too slow down and found a deeper connection with her self and still the mind.
